Speaking during the fete in Kivou Ward, the engineer thanked the government for its bid to reintroduce the famous Michuki rules to rein-in road carnage that has claimed hundreds of lives in the last three months.
Night Vision Warning From Far
"Reflector jackets saves lives of motorbike drivers by providing proper night vision to all drivers--warning them from far that a rider is on the road" said Eng. Sammy Munyithya.
The riders were also taken through various highway codes by qualified riders from Nairobi who accompanied the development conscious leader to Kivou last week.
